Curbside Pick-Up
Curbside pick-up orders will be dropped off at Cecil T's within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive a text once your purchase has been dropped off. Please plan to pick up your purchase during normal business hours.

Winter Shipping Policy- Website purchases ONLY! Please contact us about plant auction purchases.
All purchases made through our website are covered by our Winter Insurance Policy.
Here are the details:
We take every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of your plants. We check the weather along its expected route and use special packaging and heat packs at no additional cost to you. If the temperatures in your area will be below freezing for an extended period of time we will delay shipping your order until the temperatures are favorable again.
Please be aware that even though the temperatures in your area may be above 45 degrees, your package will likely travel through states that are colder before arriving at your door.
Cold damage coverage:
Cold damage coverage covers the following
1. Death of the plant
2. Severely cold damaged (leaves completely frozen, stems rotten, etc.)
If any plants in your order received cold damage in transit and will not survive, you may be eligible for a store credit for the value of the plant or if we have a replacement in stock we will replace the affected plant(s). Please note we DO NOT refund shipping charges.
Plants that are deemed by us to have received cold damage and will not survive are only eligible for a replacement or store credit one time. If your plant(s) received cold damage and look like they will survive we ask you to wait up to 14 days to see how the plants acclimate and recover.
Again, take note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delayed Shipments due to extreme weather
If you haven’t received a shipping notification or if your temperatures have been below freezing for over a week please email us to check the status of your order. In the email subject line please put "ORDER STATUS" in all caps.
Please remember we want to get everyone's order shipped out safely but we do reserve the right to cancel any order if we feel that the quality of your plant(s) will be jeopardized due to extreme weather conditions. This means any orders that are destined for areas with temperatures in the teens may be canceled and refunded in full. We will notify via email if this is the case.
What's not covered?
Unfortunately, we can not cover the following, however, let's keep the conversation open and come up with the best resolution together.
1. Normal shipping stress (broken stems, damaged or yellowing leaves). We take extra care in our packaging, but occasionally a stem or leaf is damaged during shipping.
2. Packages delayed or lost by the carrier.
3. Packages stolen post-delivery
4. Packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Take Note:
Any packages left outside of the delivery address in temperatures BELOW 45 degrees for an extended period of time are not covered. Please make sure you are available to receive your package when it is delivered. There are alternative delivery options if you are unavailable. Please keep in the following arrangements if you are not available. Arrangments can include shipping to a work address, shipping to a friend or family member's house that will be home for the delivery, or calling your local post office or UPS location, and requesting that they hold your package for pick-up.
The claim process
In the event you need to file a claim please email us at leafygreenlocal@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. When you email us please put "CLAIM" in all caps in the subject line of the email.
We will also need the following information
1. Name and address we shipped your order to
2. At least 3 clear photos of each of the damaged plants. Please get different angles of each affected plant. Remember to take your time photographing the plants. This is the most important part. If we have to request better photos then the claim process will take longer.
3. A detailed explanation of what happened.
